If you’re looking for a small room in a busy, cramped house with several other housemates, this isn’t it.

This is a large house in a quiet neighbourhood, with only two other housemates & spacious, airy double bedrooms.

There are two showers, one large double-ended bath, king-size beds, and a newly installed kitchen.

There’s ample parking, off-road if you need it (though there’s always plenty of space on-road). Despite the quiet, we’re 5 minutes walk from main bus routes, and less than 10 minutes walk from the shops in Winton, or the restaurants & bars in Charminster (you could walk through the park to the Square if you’ve got 25 minutes to spare).
