Commuter Mon-Fri let- self contained annexe

THIS IS A MON-FRI LET ONLY. THIS WOULD SUIT JP MORGAN/HOSPITAL/COMMUTER.

We converted our garage into an annexe and it is entirely self contained with its own private entrance. Inside includes a double bedroom (with Smart TV, built in dresser with mirror and LED light and double sockets with USB points), open plan kitchen/diner/living area (with a brand new Ikea Kitchen, with oven, hob, extraction fan (to outside), fridge (with small freezer compartment), dishwasher and microwave), spacious lounge area which includes corner sofa and Smart TV (guest access to Netflix) and a 4 seater table and 4 chairs.

Then there is a separate shower room with thermostatic mains pressure shower and touch control mirrored cabinet with shave point inside.

There is also a spacious entrance area with coat hooks and a shoe stand and plenty of space for on street parking.

We are a family of four; myself, my husband, our two children aged 11 and 7 and our miniature daschund Luna. There is a door which separates the annexe from our kitchen diner which is currently blocked off, so it is completely self contained and private.

If you have a family, we don't mind them staying occassionally and we will rent it out over the wknd from time to time. The corner sofa pulls out into a double bed.

It's as new and we live in a brilliant location, a two minute walk from the shops including Costa, Sainsbury's, pizza, chinese and Indian takeaway and restaurants. Then a 10 minute walk to Southbourne Grove with loads of cool bars and restaurants and the beach just after it (15-20 minute walk).

We are no more than a 10 minute walk from JP Morgan and Bournemouth hospital.

Bus route 2 mins away and we're 5 minutes in a car to Christchurch.
