I will consider Monday to Friday for a reduced rate.
Located in a lovely quiet area of Southbourne with easy parking although just a 5 minute walk from the high street shops and the frequent bus services into Bournemouth, Littledown and Christchurch from Southbourne Grove.
A short drive to both JP Morgan and Bournemouth/Christchurch Hospitals as well as a few minutes walk (one road back) from the beach, where it is possible to cycle along the promenade to the centre of Bournemouth in just 15/20 minutes.
The apartment occupies the whole of the top floor which makes it a wonderfully light and quiet space but we have no lift so please bear this in mind as it is up two flights of stairs.
Your bedroom is a double room with a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Your own private bathroom is across the hall.
The lounge and kitchen/diner is shared with myself.
Super fast fibre optic wi-fi.
I am happy for you to use the lounge as an extra storage room if needed.
We have a communal seated patio area in the garden and an outside locked storage area for bikes.
I am a fitness instructor with a passion for good food, fresh air and healthy living.
I have one son who lives locally but has flown the nest having bought his first property with his girlfriend 8 years ago.
I am looking for a like-minded person who enjoys peace and quiet, can be sociable but likes their own space and is respectful of privacy as well as a beautiful home.
