Quiet flatmates. Aside from the occasional bit of Stevie Wonder from the shower 😂 All arty students. Shops within minutes of going out of house. Uni is fifteen minute walk away. Beach is 15 minute bus drive. Flat is above a shop. So you must be able to use stairs. Single glazing on windows. But bills included - so blast up the heating! Very roomy. Great living room, shelves for personal books and possessions, had dinner table and chairs & sofas. Big window to people watch. Has blinds for privacy. Can be a little noisy at times. It's near a traffic junction, but that's something all student accommodation has. Restaurants close too. You live in a town centre, so part time jobs are a possibility if you wanted a cafe job or something. Houses next door on both sides have student tenants too. Room comes with new wardrobe/ drawers and shelves and has a table. Mattress topper will make the bed more comfortable. Chair is downstairs if you do not have one. All rooms have locks and you have a key for your room, as well as the front door. Kitchen is shared. You will have a large cupboard space and use of the oven, fridges and freezers. There is a nice sitting table in the kitchen where you can look out the window and have breakfast. There are two toilets and bathrooms. One has shower and one has bath. The room available is also currently available for next year. As next years tenants only have four people at the moment. Please contact me if you want information.
