I am looking to rent my second bedroom. I have shared many times before and have met some really good friends from doing so.

The house is detached and has been refurbished to a high standard with a beautiful private garden. There is plenty of on the road parking, no permits.

The room is furnished with a king size bed, bedside cabinets and wardrobe.

It is a short walk from both Charminster and Winton with shops, restaurants and bus stops. Town centre and JP Morgan offices etc are easily accessible.

Ammenties include fast wireless broadband and washing machine. All bills included. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom (there is another WC).

I am looking for a housemate who is friendly and respectful. I just ask that you tidy up after yourself and are clean but also want you to feel relaxed and happy in your new home. I enjoy going to the gym, Pilates, the beach, live music, walks along the Jurassic Coast, cooking and chilling.

I would ask for a deposit and a reference.
