I’m looking for someone who is clean, quiet and respectful who will be a good fit for my room and personality type.

The room will be available around mid November to move into if I have found a suitable lodger that is able to view between Tuesday 26th and Thursday 28th October. Viewings will otherwise take place from around 8th November pending my current lodger’s confirmed departure date.

I am a relaxed professional enjoying music, Netflix and cooking at home. When I’m out I enjoy keeping fit, socialising, paddle boarding, cycling, eating out.

My property lies on the perimeter of Coy Pond. It benefits with a tranquil 20-25 minute walk to central Bournemouth via the Upper Gardens; perfect for the beach, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Westbourne is also just a 10-minute walk away.

I have a fully furnished double bedroom on offer to include a bed, curtains, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp.

You will have full access to the shared living spaces to include: balcony, bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

On street parking is available on Coy Pond Road which is a few seconds walk from the flat. It is only used by local residents and walkers as the road has a deadend, and therefore pretty quiet. I also have a garage which may be used to store bikes, or things.

All bills (council tax, electric, water, fibre internet etc are included in the monthly rent.
