It is convenient for buses to Poole & Bournemouth and only 10 minutes walk from Branksome train station.

The single bedroom has its own lock & key. It is furnished with a single bed, large double wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside cabinet.
The room also has a TV aerial point and wifi.

The property is centrally heated and has a shared -
- Lounge - comfortably furnished with a TV.
- Kitchen which is well equipped including a microwave, cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Bathroom including electric power shower over the bath and separate toilet

There is a sunny patio with washing line and cycle rack.

Rent is £545 per calendar month (payable in advance) and a deposit of £628 is required
The rent includes all bills.

Suit working person

The new tenant will need to be willing to help with keeping the communal parts of the house clean and fit in with the current well established, all male household, who have been with us for a number of years.

The property is registered with the council as a House of Multi Occupancy and meets all current regulations and is managed by Martin & Co (Bournemouth)

Only applicants with an income of at least £16,350 per annum will be considered.

All income must be evidenced by documents. Applicants cannot be considered without the above income requirement being met.
All applicants are expected to have a clean credit score and a positive landlord reference if they are currently in rented accommodation.
