The house itself is a large four bedroom property with a large rear garden.

There are a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room.

The house is located just off Alder Road in Poole behind a large parade of shops and is ideally located for access to both Bournemouth and Poole town centres and Bournemouth University as there are bus stops to all a two minute walk away.

There are currently three other male tenants at the property and I myself occasionally stay there, sometimes with my two children.
