We’re looking for two housemates, for our home in Branksome.
The house is spacious with a lovely front and back garden so you can capture the sun throughout the day.
The house is currently part - furnished and there is a communal lounge, with a big sofa and includes a TV and Netflix.
A fully fitted kitchen with all the usual amenities, including fridge/freezer, oven, stove and microwave, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine.
The bedrooms can be furnished, part-furnished or unfurnished. They are currently unfurnished but if required, could come with a double bed, mattress, mattress cover, bedside table and a wardrobe or chest of draws.
There is a driveway providing off-road parking for one car on a first come first served basis, yet plenty of free off-road parking right outside.
We have big, secure shed/outhouse with it’s own electricity supply, which can be used for bicycles or extra storage.
Situated in a fantastic location, there is easy access to the Branksome train station (5-minute walk) which has direct trains to Poole, Bournemouth, Southampton and London. The number 16 bus (to Poole or Bournemouth) goes from right outside.
Across the road is the Poole retail park with shops including John Lewis, Boots and HomeSense, as well as a gym.
Penn Hill and Westbourne are only a 10- and 15-minute walk away, with plenty of bars and restaurants.
Lidl is also 5-minute walk away, as well as a big Tesco, which is only a 10-minute walk away.
And of course, the beach is only a 10-minute drive away.
We’re looking for two housemates, either professionals or mature students, who are easy going, independent, tidy, and respectful of the communal areas and others. Someone who enjoys their own space but is also happy to grab a beer or takeaway every so often.
Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate any pets and there is no smoking throughout the house.
The rent and bills are £700 per calendar month, which will include gas, electric, water, council tax (band C) Wi-Fi and a bi-weekly cleaner of the communal areas.

The house is currently getting a new lick of paint but we’ll hold viewings Thursday 16th June - 5:30 - 8:30pm and then Saturday 18th June: 10:00am - 4pm with the view to make a decision by 23rd June.
