A first floor double room with wardrobe, double bed, vanity table and north facing window overlooking the rear garden.

You’ll be sharing the house with the landlord and one other lodger (yet to be found).

You’ll have shared use of the first floor bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, ground floor WC, dishwasher and washing machine as well as access to the rear garden with summer house.

Sorry but strictly no pets and smoking only outside or in rear garden shelter/summer house. Please no smoking in the house.

The landlord does own a rather boisterous large dog (4yr old 50kg American XL Bully) so you’d need to be comfortable with that.

The house is a Victorian mid-terraced property and is just a 10 minute walk away from Branksome train station with its main line services to Weymouth and London.

Ashley Road with its many popular shops and transport routes to Christchurch, Bournemouth and beyond is just 5 minutes away by foot.

A 45 minute walk through nearby Branksome Chine gets you to the award winning beach with its 7 miles of golden sands.
