You’ll be sharing the house with the landlord and one existing female lodger.

You’ll have shared use of the first floor bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, ground floor WC, dishwasher and washing machine as well as access to the rear garden with summer house.

Sorry but strictly no pets and smoking only outside or in rear garden summer house. Please no smoking in the house.

The landlord does own a rather boisterous large dog (4yr old 50kg American XL Bully) so you’d need to be comfortable with that.
