we sometimes have BBQs which you are welcome.

It’s a clean, quiet, respectful, happy, welcoming home.

Home is close to the Branksome woods which makes a lovely walk or bike ride through to Branksome chine beach.

Home is Close to amenities bars restaurants convenient store at Pennhill. ie: Nick the fish, Jenkins, Mark Bennett bakery. Isabells.

Home is close to train stations and bus routes. M1 / M2 etc

New tenant should preferably be:

A Working professional
A non alcoholic.
No drugs nor a recovering drug addict
Non smoker preferred. as no smoking in the house.

one rule of the house is: no random people staying over.

The first and last month upfront on agreement to taking the room

£680.00 per month includes bills such as: council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband.
