The ground floor bed room is large , light and airy with king size bed, wardrobe chest of drawers and wash basin,

The bathroom is in the hall, which also leads to the sitting room and kitchen.
I have my own area in the basement with bathroom, so the bathroom on the ground floor would be for your use only, except for the occasional use when my relatives come to stay in the second bedroom, which would be very infrequent.

The kitchen has fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The sitting room has smart TV, dining table, 2 sofas and smaller tables.

There is WiFi

There is parking in the drive and the property is just a few 100 yds from Bridport town in a quiet street.

I would expect the flat mate to respect the property and it’s contents, and help keep the outside space on the ground floor clean and tidy.

Also to be considerate and not too noisy.
