I am looking to rent out my lovely cottage again from 25th January 2024. I will keep the single room locked with stuff in and I may return once or twice for a few hours during your stay.
Ideally this would suit someone buying a house locally who needs somewhere temporary, or someone on a temporary work contract. The rent ,will be £850 if a couple let it.
I am looking for a mature responsible person who will look after my home while i am in London.
I would need you to be working f/t and be able to pay rent in advance, plus the returnable deposit . References will be taken.

The downstairs is open plan with a new kitchen, with views out to the back. The front bedroom, although facing main road, has triple glazing. There is a small garden space to the side of terrace, with decking.
The cottage is close to the town centre ,close to bus stop to Dorchester and near lovely country walks. It is set back from the main road, but parking is only 3 mins away by Jellyfields nature reserve, it is street parking. There are electric wall heaters and no gas in the property. All bills are included in the rent and there is unlimited broadband.
