The location offers the best of all worlds, being only a few minutes walk to bus numbers 2, 10 and 31, as well as Upwey railway station; and if you have a car, we are very close to the Weymouth relief road - only 5-7 minutes drive to Dorchester or Weymouth - or the beach!! Also only 1 minute's walk from open fields for those who'd like to commune with nature occasionally!
I have an on-going good relationship with previous lodgers - many are happy to give reference for my home if anyone wants that assurance.
