Could You Be My New Housemate?

I have 1 bright, comfortable room going spare in my home in charming Charminster village, 2 miles from Dorchester town centre. It’s a quiet area with a free car park very close by or street parking outside. We also have public transportation, village shop, and a friendly pub famous for live music just round the corner. The room is furnished with a double bed, drawers, wardrobe and satellite TV/DVD player. All bills and wifi included in rent (inclusive of my current services). Your contribution will be about £70 per week if Mon-Fri, £100 full week (negotiable). My new housemate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, bathroom (also shower), conservatory, garden and use of other facilities (e. g. washing machine/kitchen) if needed. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is fun and sociable, smoker or non-smoker (I do not smoke in my house), and not too noisy as I am a full time nurse so I need my rest! I will consider pets but they would have to be very well behaved and preferably non-smelly/clean ones. If you think this could be you then I look forward to hearing from you.
