Spare double room with en suite

I have a new build town house in chickerell and have had a lodger for the last 3 years, which has worked perfectly for me and my children but unfortunately she is now moving for work. I have a spare furnished double room with an ensuite on my middle floor, parking and space to share in my garage if needed. I am a working mum of 2 boys age 9 and 6 who are the best easy going people to be around, and completely respect our lodgers privacy. Ideally someone who likes children (though they are not with me all the time) someone tidy/clean, a working professional. I am a busy active person so we spend a lot of time out of the house.
