I have a lovely bright double room within my apartment in Christchurch (live in landlord) The room has wardrobes, double bed with mattress and bedside tables. You will have main use of the main bathroom which includes a bath/shower as i have an en-suite. i do use the main bathroom for baths and showers.

The apartment has a large living space with smart tv and ps4. Kitchen (inc washing machine). There is a little patio area which gets the sun in peak time in the summer and there is ample off road private parking.

It is located 10/15 minutes from Bournemouth center and the New Forest! Only 5 mins to the beach! Local amenities within walking distance too.

I am looking for a female housemate who is clean, tidy, considerate, who will respect my home as i do. My partying days are over so i would like someone with a similar lifestyle who appreciates peace and quiet like i do! ☺️ I enjoy spending time at the beach, (big sun worshipper!), going on holiday, spa days, meditation, paddle boarding, sea dips & saunas, chilling with a good series and cooking. Due to me working from home a lot, I would prefer a lodger who does not work from home.

£750 per month inc bills.

i would also consider a mon-fri rent option and short lets.
