Looking for someone to rent my spare room in my house!

I’m a 32 year old professional female with a little very friendly dog, therefore must be an animal lover.

I’m very sociable, tidy, up for chilling in with a movie but also occasionally going out for a few drinks, love water sports, gym, beach/forest walks.

Property details:

Area: christchurch- very convenient: 15 min walk to town centre, right next to bus stop, 10 min walk to Christchurch train station, great for commuters (A338/A31), right next to a Tesco express.

House: detached 2 bedroom

Outside: sun trap south facing garden with rattan furniture, hammock, shed and two double garages....so lots of storage space and places to sunbath)

Inside : all newly refurbished : large open plan shaker style kitchen diner , conservatory , 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with large waterfall shower and separate bath, lounge.

Room to rent : fully furnished - brand new king bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, 50” tv, dresser - 4m x 4m (big room)

Parking: always parking outside front (with time restrictions ) , or on road parking right next to house, or can rent double garage if needed (£50 extra per month)
