Sharing the basement annex with one other person unless the option to rent it all (£950pcm) means you will have plenty of space which includes kitchen, shower room, toilet, eating area and porch breakfast bar. You also have your own access to the property and garden. The property is late victorian so there is character and high ceilings. Local street parking at £5pcm is available but currently we can accommodate another car.

Your room includes double bed, wardrobe with lower drawer, bed side cabinets and also an office bureau (not shown) to work on and smart TV is available if needed.

Landlord and children live upstairs with a 1 year old and teenager so it's important to get the right candidate to share a home with.

Ideally we are looking for a lodger for the longer term and happy to negotiate based on term. We need to find the right person who is social able, polite, relaxed, friendly and clean.

The property is located within walking distance to the town gardens and maumbury rings where local events are held but also half way between the town, and 2 major developments poundbury and Brewery Square. The property is also located just 50m from the hospital (dch) which has made it a popular stay for nurses or doctors on rotation.
