Double room comfortable in quiet area

Double furnished room

This is a well furnished double room in my home. Share the kitchen/diner and bathroom (walk in shower) plus additional downstairs toilet with just myself but not the lounge, sorry. I'm retired and active and a bit of a late bird. I have a friendly whippet cross dog but I keep a clean home and would expect a lodger to respect that and keep their room clean. All bills and wi-if are included and I would require a cash payment of £110 per week.
The room is only available now until 6th January as I am moving, although it's possible that the new owner would want a lodger.
I'm in Poundbury, few mins walk to Queen Mother square and Waitrose, with lovely pub, restaurants and garden centre. 3 min walk to bus stop with service to hospital, town and station and few mins from Poundbury playing fields with lovely walks, views and cafe. All other shops and facilities in the immediate area and town a 15 minute walk.
