I have a beautifully decorated and furnished single room in a favoured Road in a quiet area of Manor Park.
A 5 minute walk to Brewery Square, Dorchester South station and a 15 minute walk to Dorchester hospital.
Quiet home, no overnight guests.

The room has a single bed, new desk and ergonomic chair, a huge built in wardrobe with ample space for clothes and other items.

You would have use of the main bathroom, predominantly for your own use, with bath, shower and toilet. A large lounge, shared kitchen/diner, downstairs toilet and utility room. Outside there is ample off road parking and a beautiful large garden.

All bills are included in the rent. The house is quiet and tidy, a new tenant would need to fit in with this. Regrettably, I am unable to accommodate couples, overnight guests or pets.

You will be sharing the house with a professional lady and her cat, with occasional visits from my 2 adult children.
