We have for let a large, fully furnished double room with it's own large sole-use bathroom. These are the only rooms on the top floor of our Victorian family home. You will have full use of our well-equipped kitchen which has a communal area, sole-use fridge/freezer, plus use of our south-facing garden which also has a bike store. All bills are included and we have fibre-optic broadband. Our house is located opposite Dorset County Hospital, is a five minute walk from the town centre, and has easy access to both train stations as well as Brewery Square and Poundbury. Parking permits are available to purchase. We are a welcoming, friendly, but quiet house-hold.
