2 months -Large double bedroom in a friendly house

Looking for a short term of two/three months.

The room is the master in the house.
Your room has a, free standing wardrobe, side drawers and a built in wardrobe with a rail and shelves. All seen in the pictures.

If you would like to bring a small desk please let me know as there is space to work from home or study.

The room brings has a lot of sun and is very bright.

The mattress is very comfortable and the bed frame is very strong.

All we ask is for the new tenant to bring their own bed sheets, duvet, pillow and pillow cases.

Our house is definitely a home and we welcome you to make it yours too.

The house is a mid terrace property with shared everything..... lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden......

The house is kept clean and tidy so we are looking for a house mate who can keep it this way.

There is communal parking out front with plenty of parking.

We are behind a Marks and Spencer's. There is a little Tesco around the corner and a large Tesco and Iceland in the town. Also Lidl and Sainsburys is not far to drive to.

Ferndown town center is very close as well. Easily get there on foot.

There is a bus stop in walking distance which can take you in a lot of different directions.

Access to the A31 is not far away.

There are plenty of lovely nature walks which are easy to get to on foot.

You have plenty to get to easily from here... Bournemouth Airport, Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Wimbourne, Ringwood and loads of other places.

- - The household and you - -
You will be LGBT friendly as we are a gay couple. Also you will be dog friendly as you will be living with our very cute dog Bruno.

We are both the landlords but will make sure it doesn't feel this way.
We want you to feel at home.
We don't party so the house will be quiet and we don't really want our new housemate to be a party animal at home... but you can be as much of a party animal while out and about 😃

We are both working. One works from home in the home office. So we are looking for someone who works also or studies.
