Looking for an eco friendly lodger for my spare room. Lovely large and airy room, more of a studio size really, which can be furnished or not. Internet, sky and bills included. Shared bathrooms, shared kitchen and as I love cooking I have loads of kitchen equipment. Trying to move towards being carbon neutral so would want someone who at least knows how to recycle!
I am quite sociable and will have friends staying at weekends sometimes and will be away others.
I have a nice, quite large garden which I enjoy pottering in and growing my own veg. Would be delighted if someone was interested in plants too. I have loads of house plants!
Pet friendly and may have a dog in the new year although not confirmed yet.
I do have off road parking and am situated near all the amenities. 20 mins and you can be either in the New Forest , Bournemouth Airport or the beach.
I work from home most days so am around the house most of the time.
