We are looking to rent out our spare double room. We are situated in West Moors close to local shops. We are a 2 minute drive from the A31 which makes an easy commute to Ferndown, Poole, Bournemouth and the M27.
New refurbished double room includes integrated wardrobe, double bed, and cabinets. We have access to an en-suite so therefore the bathroom will be free most of the time.
There is a downstairs cloakroom toilet that can also be used.
