Cozy room, house share with lots of green space

I've been renting here for exactly a year in May, the property is a little dated but it is a fantastic space. The garden is huge and there is off street parking.
The kitchen, living room and dining area are all walk through, there is plenty of space for creativeness, working or chilling out.

The kitchen is well equipped and I am more than pleased to have others to share the everyday ins and outs of comunity living (No obligation)

I've lived both alone and in house shares, I would like to find someone who is social but respects this is our home.

I'm self employed, working in the construction industry, I have a passion for music of all genres as well as an interest in well being.

Looking for a flatmate (s) who are down to earth, easy-going and open communicators.

There is large cat who basically owns the place, cat friendly is a must, he is super affectionate and will want you to notice and occasionally give belly rubs (if you're lucky)

Bills are not included and will be additional.
