Double rooms for rent in my 4 bed detached house shared with just myself - live in landlady. Choice of 2 double bedrooms which have sole use of the family bathroom as I have my own en-suite.
Location: East Christchurch/Highcliffe-on-Sea, 10-15 minutes walk to Christchurch Sainsbury's, Friars Cliff beach and bus stops.
Room 1: Overlooking south facing rear garden. Double bed with storage under, built-in double mirrored wardrobe with hanging rail and shelving, chest of draws, 2 bedside cabinets, new wall mounted TV with apps. Ceiling fan and air conditioning.
Room 2: Overlooking front of property. Double bed with storage, 2 freestanding double mirrored wardrobes with hanging rail and shelving - draw beneath. Chest of draws. Bedside cabinet. New wall mounted TV with apps. Ceiling fan and air conditioning.
Shared open plan kitchen/dining room with TV. A six shelf larder cupboard is provided per room along with plenty of fridge/freezer space. The utility room has a new washing machine. There are both indoor and outdoor rotary clothes lines.
Family Bathroom: Bath, sink, toilet, ceiling rain shower, storage in cabinet. Also downstairs w. c.
Parking on my double drive or on the road in front of the house, use of garden, patio. Locked bike storage space for single bike in part of the double garage.
Rent includes all bills (water, electricity, gas, council tax), Broadband/Wi-Fi. Hot water always available.
Me: I am an easy going professional lady (straight) who gets on with all age groups. This is a very relaxed house and you are free to come and go as you please.
Ideally I'm looking for: a friendly lady with a good sense of humour who is strictly non-smoking/non-vaping. You must be very clean and tidy and ideally work/study full time (35+ hours per week).
