Small studio within main house with own porch, own entry and own patio. Dogs accepted and full garden for them to enjoy.

This is studio annex with its own entry and full kitchen with induction hob, sink, microwave / oven and washing machine. All brand new including new shower room.

All bills included. Quiet, residential cul-de-sac. The large grassed garden is shared. There are lots of trees and plants if you’re interested in gardening.

We are a friendly family of 2 adults, 2 kids and a small dog who live in the main house.

The garden is completely fenced in and we are happy to share this with you and your dog. You can also have your own patio area if you like which is right outside your door.

Plenty of parking at bottom of our cul-de-sac. Happy to share storage for your bike, paddle board etc.

Access to loft storage as well if needed.

We do have a very large spare games room with a poole table and with a desk and spare beds which you may use if you have guests with a view of the garden, but this will be part of our agreement as we also use this space. But your room with own entry and porch and patio is yours alone!
