2 of the bedrooms are already let to 2 great guys, full-time professionals. I am the landlord and sometimes stay odd nights. We are now looking for a new person to join us. We are all relaxed, trustworthy, reliable, appreciate designer stuff. Prefer a relaxed life, no stress.

Flat has all mod cons you would expect like washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. Usual tech - TV, on demand music, record player! Use of communal garden and with good local street parking. On major M2 Bus route to Bournemouth/ Southbourne/Poole. Walking distance from Poole town centre and station

I use the allocated parking space myself one day a week. But would consider renting separately for the other days if required, or street permit can be applied for.
