Seeking lodger for single attic room with private facilities available now. The room is fully furnished and provides a microwave, a small fridge and kettle as well as crockery, cutlery and linen if required. The lodger may, with prior agreement, also bring additional cooking facilities provided certain safety criteria is met and complied with. The lodger will be expected to maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the room and its contents.

This is NOT a house share. There is no access to a kitchen or any other rooms in the property. Lodgers are expected to be respectful of the property and the other occupants within at all times.

The property is located close to Tesco convenient store, launderette, post office, public house and various fast food takeaways.
