We have a room available to rent for £650 Its furnished with a single bed at the moment but we would be happy to put in a double if requested.
The house is my family home that both parents have moved out of. I'm quite house proud so like to keep everything clean and tidy. Its a really nice house with a nice garden, big open plan back room and kitchen and off road parking.
You would be sharing a large bathroom with 1 other person.
We are tidy and have quite high standards for keeping the house clean however we are all quite sociable and occasionally have gatherings/parties at the weekend, which can go a little bit late and result in a bit of mess.
We currently have 2 male tenants including me (25 and 28)
My main requirement of any new tenants is to treat the house and tenants with respect and to consider other people.
