Double Room

Modern double size bedroom, comfortable double bed, desk and chair. 2 bedside cabinets, wardrobe, unit for TV, and bedside lamp.
Suits a professional career person or student to share my house, I am a living in landlady, sorry can not take anybody on benefits or with pets.
The price includes all house bills and wifi and one washing per week except meals.
Quiet place, very cleaned and homely. No smoking inside the house but I do not mind the use of the garden for it. It is a comfortable good size detached house.
You can have they use of the kitchen but everything must be left as it is found. Looking for some one tidy, clean and respectful of each other's rules and belongings. I have had many students in the past either from Bournemouth University or language schools
Please due to previous experience a reference from work is a must, and preferably another reference, and do not mind an agreement of 3 weeks trial period to see if it works for all of us, either you or I can make the decision and as long as room is left in the same condition you find it, you will get your deposit back. It is a comfortable double room size. Max amount of people living in my house including me, would be 4 of us in total. Room available from the 2nd January 2023.
