Double en-suite room with tv and broadband

We are looking for a new lodger, who likes dogs and doesn't mind ducks and chickens!

We are a household of 4. We all work (chef, gardner, housekeeper and life guard) so with various shifts we are all quite busy.

The room to let is very modern with an en-suite less than a year old. The room has a fridge, tv, arm chair and a fold up table and chair.

There is a shared kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher etc. and you will have full use of the washing machine.

There is off street parking, we live in friendly residential road, walking distance from Mudeford Quay and beach.

We are looking for a clean and tidy, non smoker who enjoys an active lifestyle.
