We are environmentally aware and very committed to recycling and expect our lodgers to do the same. We also encourage our lodgers to dry their laundry outdoors on suitable days rather than use the dryer.
Rent of £475 includes bills, access to wi-fi and a cleaner cleaning the shared areas once a fortnight.
