This modern, bright and spacious house is available to rent with a friendly couple.

We are a professional couple (male & female), looking to share our comfortable home with another person.

The property is very conveniently located and within walking distance to Ashley Cross. The house is warm, and welcoming and would make an ideal home for someone.

The double room comprises of a double bed and additional furniture. There is also vanity basin and room for a small fridge if required.

The house is completed to a good standard; bright and modern with a fully-fitted kitchen/breakfast room with all the mod cons required. There is a bathroom with over the bath shower and additional w/c on the ground floor.

The lounge is comfortable and there is an additional lounging area in a separate room - perfect for relaxing, reading a book or listening to music.

We have a sunny garden with room for storing a bike.

Off road parking for one car is also available.

You will also be sharing with a very cute and friendly 13 year old terrier and we are looking to share with a friendly and clean person on either a long term or short term basis.
