I'm looking to rent out my second bedroom.

The flat is a modern 2 bed situated on the ground floor of a recently built complex.

I have two bathrooms. The 'master' bathroom would effectively be considered your en-suite.

The bedroom is light and airy and is 3.5m by 3m in size. It is furnished with a bed, mattress, table and chair

Ashely Cross is a 5-10 minute walk away and there is a bus stop almost directly outside the property with good links to Bournemouth and Poole.

There is a single parking space. I rarely stay at the property - maybe once a month, so would be happy to give this to you. I come in a few times a week to collect something (clothes etc)

The rent includes all bills and fibre broadband.
