4 bathrooms/shower room. sunny rear garden. 5 mins walk to train station. & bus stop. 10 mins walk to the beach. 5 mins walk to Southbourne, 10 mins walk to Boscombe.. Would prefer a working or student female .any age. £650 per month including all bills.& wifi internet..
