The flat has a nice big courtyard garden with a tree in the middle and is great in the summer, getting light all day all year round. Southbourne is a 5 min walk with great pubs and restaurants and you're a short walk too from the beach.
Pokesdown station for London/Poole/Southampton is also a 5 min walk.
You'll be sharing with 3 nice guys. 1 works at Poole hospital, 1 is a trainee chiropractor and 1 is a musician.
