Double room in Southbourne

I am moving out of a homely flat on Southbourne high street and looking for someone to take over my room. The two housemates (1 girl (26), 1 boy (25)) are very friendly and considerate, always up for a pub trip/takeaway. It’s a lovely household to live in, please message for a viewing and we can organise a pub trip/coffee with them too.

The room comes with a large wooden double bed (mattress included), mirror and clothes rail. Great black out curtains and there’s a tv bracket on the wall ready to be used. Spacious and bright. Triple wooden wardrobe fits perfectly into the room, £40 if you’d like to keep.

Bills come to around £120-£150 a month and the kitchen and lounge have lots of storage. Large overhead shower and separate toilet room. On street parking on surrounding streets which I’ve never had an issue with.

Such a great street with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Beach is 5-10 mins walk away, bus stop with connections to Bournemouth, Christchurch, boscombe etc just outside the house and pokesdown train station is just a 5 minute walk, with great connections to Bournemouth centre, Southampton, London.
