Room with a difference

I’m a live in landlord, with a single room available to rent in a four bed house. This single room shares the lounge with the double room as I have my own lounge. The single and double rooms also have a bath room between them as I have my own. You also have a side garden to yourself, you have your own fridge freezer . There is one parking space for you to use on a first come basis and plenty of road parking in front the house as all the houses on the road have drive ways. The only area we all share is the hallway and kitchen which is a large size.

I work shifts days/nights so you would hardly see me. I have a very well behaved daughter that comes one weekend in four and school holidays. We are always out doing stuff.
