The double bedroom

Hi there,
Off street parking, BT broadband, close to Poole harbour & Hamworthy park & beach with local bus stops nearby serving Poole and beyond, shops, including a Co op convenience store, open from 7am until 11pm every day, pubs, restaurants and yacht clubs, (most of which are open to the public). It takes approximately twenty to twenty five minutes to walk to the centre of Poole and seven minutes to cycle to Poole Quay.
The room is at the front of the house overlooking the drive which is lit at night by a convenient street lamp! There are attractive gardens to the front and rear of the property.
The room contains a double bed, a large double wardrobe, a display unit, a three seater black leather sofa, a large corner desk with swivel chair & a lamp,
The bathroom is shared with the current lodger who is a thirty something professional male who works full time and does a lot of overtime.
The bathroom contains a bath with shower, a loo and washbasin and a storage unit for your wash kit and spare loo rolls which are provided. There are also a couple of mirrors, a towel rail and extractor fan.
The kitchen includes a double sink, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a double electric oven and gas hob There is space to store your non perishable food in the double cupboard. You may also share cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils, pots and pans, so there is no need to bring your own! There is also a separate utility room containing an automatic washing machine and separate tumble drier.
The dining area is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar! There is a fridge freezer in the integral garage where there is also space to store bikes/ surf boards etc.
The utility room / laundry room with garden access also houses two very friendly cats, Horatio and Nelson!
There is also a handy downstairs loo!
The garden contains a rotary drier, a teak table with six chairs and is well stocked with plants and trees, two benches, a swing seat and Chimenea.
There is a shared lounge with comfortable armchairs, sofa & TV.
Lodgers provide their own food and consumables (apart from toilet rolls, washing up liquid and kitchen towel)., they do their own cooking and laundry. I am happy to vaccuum the rooms once a week if requested and to lend bed linen, a clothes airer, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner at no extra cost. All lodgers are provided with their own front door key and room key!
If you are a couple the rent and deposit would be £650 per calendar month.
