Live alone with a cat so you must be okay with a pet.

No Parking offered but... you will be a minute walk away from main route bus stops to Bournemouth, Poole and not far from railway too. As I'm situated yards from the main Ashley road.

You'll be very close to shops and local amenities! In fact walk out the door and your on the main road of bus routes and at the shops! 

There is a coded bike store incase you cycle which you can use but it will be stored at your own risk.

I am seeking another lodger due to the short term let ending. It's important to me that we get on living together, so a meet prior to any agreement being made will be a must. Short term or long term lets welcome. Message to enquire.

Non-smoker please and you must be able to provide references.
