A beautiful double room in a friendly house located in popular Heckford Park, just five minutes' walk from Poole town centre. A great place to start if you are moving to the area with a new job.

The Sunflower room is situated in a well appointed Victorian house for professionals. The house has lots of communal space with a large kitchen, a dining room and a separate lounge to relax in. There is also a courtyard garden to unwind in.

The housemates are friendly professionals who enjoy a glass of wine every now and then but understand the need to get up for work in the morning.

It is five minutes' walk from the train station and ideally located for working at Poole hospital.

All bills are included in the rent, including water, gas, electricity, council tax, and super quick Virgin fibre optic broadband. A cleaner is included for all communal areas, including bathrooms and kitchen .
