Friendly Houseshare near Poole Quay

Hello potential new housemate! I'm Hannah. It is with a heavy heart that one of my housemates is moving out of our lovely home. We will definitely miss her but hope we can find someone just as lovely to be apart of our little family, complete with pup! 🙂

This is a spacious 3 bed town house near the centre of Poole set between Hamworthy Park (beach) and Poole Yacht Club.

I have now lived here for just over 4 years with two lovely girls, one of which is very sadly moving out. My boyfriend moved in with us this February, but not much has changed!

I am looking for another like-minded professional and friendly girl to share this lovely house with me and my other housemate (Sarina) and my boyfriend (Ryan), to keep the homely atmosphere we already enjoy. You will also be sharing the house with my cockapoo Lola! (she was 2 years old in October). She's super cute and extremely well behaved.

The house is only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Poole about a 10/15 minute walk to the Quay and 2mins to the beach. There is also a convenience shop nearby on Blandford Road along with several takeaways. A fairly large co-op is also within walkable distance (open till 11pm on a Sunday which is always super handy!)

The double room (bedroom 3 on the floor plan) up for offer is a very decent size with large fitted wardrobe and tons of natural light coming in from the generously sized windows and tall ceilings. The room is fully furnished with double bed, very large chest of draws, a bedside table and full length mirror.

The communal areas are cleaned every two weeks by an appointed cleaner (included in rent) to help keep the house clean and tidy. The communal areas consist of a kitchen/diner complete with all appliances (incl. Dishwasher), two bathrooms and generous lounge. There is a lovely private and low maintenance garden out the back which is perfect for BBQs in the summer! There is also a decent sized new shed for extra storage.

There are two off-road parking spaces directly in front of the house and a near-empty garage that can fit a car, so we effectively have 3 full parking spaces to serve everyone in the house. The development also has some visitor parking. Sarina doesn't drive, so you will only be sharing these with Ryan and I.

Bills, Council Tax, TV Licence, super-fast broadband etc are all included in the rent price and there are no agency fees, so nothing else to pay other than the £600. Let me know if you are interested or would like any more information or photos. I would love to hear from you!
