Good Sized Double Room in Detached Four Bed Home

The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, a desk with chair and t. v.. The room has with a view of a well-sized back garden.

The large modern family bathroom is very close to the room, has a good-sized quadrant shower, bath, toilet, double basins and two towel warmers.

The next lodger will have the use of the shared kitchen and a utility room with their own fridge freezer, storage, a shared fairly new washing machine and separate sink.

There is off road parking and bike storage from utility.

My husband and I have a cat that is not allowed upstairs at night and occasionally after 08:30. Therefore looking for someone who likes cats and can look after ours when we stay away a few days every few months and also for 2 weeks every 6 months.

We are both retired, friendly, go out every few days and look forward to any replies.
