Nice double room in 4 bed detached house for rent. 2 living rooms, conservatory, large sunny garden.
Quiet location but only 3 min level walk to shops and Ashley Road, and frequent M1 and M2 buses etc etc..
Room has fab views out over hills towards Bournemouth, house enjoys panoramic views all around.
All domestic bills incl council tax included. Dishwasher, 100mb broadband, fridge/freezer with water and ice. Outdoor pizza oven, side gate for bikes, alpacas, etc.
House shared with me (homeowner) and my five-year-old chilled out security guard (daughter!) on patrol 2/3 nights a week.
Would prefer someone who wants to stay for six months minimum, but will consider other scenarios.
V chilled vibe, looking for same 🙏
Daughter prefers female lodgers - sorry guys.
