Room in little terraced house

Hello :)

We have the project of renovating a 2 bed Victorian Terraced house…We’re taking our time & enjoying living here as we go along.

We’re looking for someone who is open to living in an environment that doesn't mind it being a little messy & cluttered from decorating. (Tools & paint)

The bedroom itself is a furnished double room with one window overlooking the garden. It’ll have different furniture to what’s in the photo. Planning on getting bigger wardrobe & draws 👌🏼

We are a young couple with a cute dog who enjoy a calm, relaxed home environment, one working Mon - Fri as an engineer & myself working hybrid/shift patterns.

We’re seeking a lodger who is polite, easy going, does their own thing. Clean’s up own mess etc
We don’t mind someone relaxing with us occasionally of an evening but we mostly like our own space.
We do have friends & family round occasionally to stay - not often but just making you aware :)

We don’t mind you asking to have a close friend round occasionally on our terms - we’d never want you to feel isolated - we’d want you to feel comfortable but it’s our home & not a shared house where your guests come & go.

We’re close to many amenities, a short walk from Ashley Road. John Lewis, Waitrose, Coop, post office & lovely little Cafè’s if you like that.

It takes me 35 - 45 minutes to walk to the beach, down Branksome Park which is beautiful & saves you walking along the polluted roads.
Around 5 mins to drive to the beach.

We don’t have a preference to what you do for work, we would prefer that you do work & provide a couple of references.

Road parking available - not difficult to find a space.

As well as utility bills included we'll also pay for toilet roll, cleaning products, laundry powder so you don't have to :)
