The house is a lovely 2 bed detached property in Parkstone, less then 5 minute walk from the main road where there are shops, restaurants etc and very close to Branksome train station.
The house has a garden that you are welcome to use and washing machine, dishwasher, Virgin media broadband and TV and all bills are included.
The room is a big double with a shower en suite and will come furnished with a bed and large double wardrobe .
I am a friendly, laid back and clean person and I enjoy my own space during the week as I work long hours so I like to chill out in my downtime! I have a very sweet calm dog who keeps mostly to herself when I’m not there and a friendly cat also so it is essential that you like pets. It’s very important to me to live with someone clean and considerate.
There is no off road parking but there is usually always plenty of spaces on the road or surrounding side roads.
