2 Rooms a Double bedroom & Large second lounge

I have on offer to a lodger a double bedroom and large second lounge in my two-bedroom terrace house in Heckford Park. Only I live in the property and I’m looking for a tidy, quiet professional who will respect my home.

The bedroom is a large fully furnished double with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of 5 drawers and two bedside tables with 3 drawers each. Though advertising for a lodger, I regard it more of a house-share situation. As along with the double bedroom, I am offering the use of the large second lounge which contains a dining table, along with two leather armchairs, dresser, etc. I spend my evenings in my primary lounge at the front of the house.

The large fully equipped kitchen and large refurbished bathroom will be shared. There is a garden that I am also happy to share.

All bills including council tax are included along with complete fibre optic broadband. The area is subject to resident permit parking and this can be sorted for a lodger at their cost (my personal permit for 2024 cost £63.30). BCP council stipulates that your car needs to be registered at the this address to be granted a residents permit.

I am asking for a deposit of £750, and monthly rent of £750 to move in, then the rent amount will be paid each month. I am offering a initial 6 month let but am happy to renew thereafter.

The property is extremely close to Poole hospital (5min walk), the Dolphin Centre (10 min walk) and the train station (10 min walk). At the end of my road, on Longfleet Road are stops on the M1 and M2 bus routes. Services run day and night hours, to and from the Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Southbourne.
