£700 per month.

The room is fully furnished with a white double bed with 3 drawers that can be converted into a day sofa if you want to make more space in the room, a stylish white chest of drawers matching the bed, a white desk with shelves and a very comfy chair and a white wardrobe - plenty of storage space.

There are no pictures on the walls so you can be creative decorating the room.
The room faces west so it is the warmest room in the house and a great place to catch a glimpse of the sunsets.
The third bedroom in the house is converted into a study / home office.

The house is on a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area with lots of green space, plenty of parking on the street and 1 minute walk from the nearest bus stop to Poole town centre.
5 minute walk from the Canford Heath Nature Reserve for hikes or bike rides and 8 minute walk from Tower Park with Tesco Superstore, Restaurants, Cinema, Splashdown Water Park, Bowling and Pure Gym.
Asda, Post Office and Petrol Station is a 10 minute walk.

I am a friendly professional who likes a great conversation but I also like my quiet space. I work full time, I also do some work online and occasionally I have clients at home.

Looking for a trustworthy, tidy and clean professional lady to share the house with and sometimes socialize with in the evenings, have a conversation, watch a movie together or get some take-away.
Preferably no working from home (due to increase of bills) and ideally no pets but a small, friendly and quiet pet may be considered.

All of downstairs is shared - hallway, living room, kitchen, toilet, garden - but occasionally, if you would like to have a friend around for a dinner night and want to have the kitchen and living-room to yourselves, we can arrange that too since it will be only 2 of us sharing the whole house.

Bills are included, there is superfast broadband, Sky TV with Netflix, the kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, hob & oven, micro, fridge, freezer, coffee machine), shared upstairs bathroom and lounge, there is a separate toilet with a sink downstairs as well.
There is a back garden with a patio.

The room is available from the beginning of May.

As per current law I will require documents of legal residence in the UK and also proof of employment.
